5-ingredient Granola-Chocolate Cups



  • 1 1/2 cups Healthy Malta Nutty Granola

  • 1 cup oat flour (blend oats in a blender to make flour)

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 100g dark chocolate (We used 70%)


  • In a bowl, mix the maple syrup and coconut oil.

  • Add the granola and oat flour and stir until all ingredients are combined.

  • Press the mixture in a silicone tray and put in the freezer for 15 minutes.

  • In the meantime, bain-marie the dark chocolate.

  • Pour the molten chocolate over the granola cups and put in the fridge to set.

  • Keep refridgerated for a least 1 hour before serving.
