MAKES 8

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Healthy Malta Nutty Granola
1 cup oat flour (blend oats in a blender to make flour)
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil
100g dark chocolate (We used 70%)
Method:
In a bowl, mix the maple syrup and coconut oil.
Add the granola and oat flour and stir until all ingredients are combined.
Press the mixture in a silicone tray and put in the freezer for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, bain-marie the dark chocolate.
Pour the molten chocolate over the granola cups and put in the fridge to set.
Keep refridgerated for a least 1 hour before serving.
