5-Ingredient Oat Cookies

  • 2 large ripe bananas, mashed

  • 180g rolled oats

  • 125g natural peanut butter

  • 20g dark chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • Pinch of Himalayan Salt


Preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius.

  1. In a bowl, mix the peanut butter and the maple syrup. Add the bananas and oats. Once combined, add the chocolate chips to the mixture.

  2. Roll the mixture into balls and press each ball into a cookie shape.

  3. Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden.

  4. Top the cookies with a pinch of himalayan salt and enjoy ❤️
