140ml plant-based milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp crushed flaxseeds
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp cardamom
pinch of salt
Put 35g of rolled oats into a cold saucepan, pour 140ml of plant milk and 100ml of water. Then, sprinkle with cinnamon, flaxseeds, vanilla essence, cardamom and salt.
On low heat, simmer for around 3 minutes until you see a thick mixture. (TIP: If you see the mixture bubbling, remove the saucepan from the heat until it stops)
Pour the mixture in a plate, add the nut butter, banana and nutty granola.
