MAKE 22

Ingredients:
1 large carrot, grated
250g oats
125g almond milk
120g almonds
100g medjool dates, pitted
80g cashews
60g coconut, shredded
50g hazelnuts
2tbsp neutral oil (We used seed oil)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
3 tsp cinnamon, ground
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp nutmeg, ground
Pinch of salt
Method:
Mix all ingredients in the food processor until well combined.
Take a spoonful of the mixture and roll it into balls.
Coat the balls with desiccated coconut.
Place in the fridge.
Serve and enjoy!
