Carrot Cake Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 large carrot, grated

  • 250g oats

  • 125g almond milk

  • 120g almonds

  • 100g medjool dates, pitted

  • 80g cashews

  • 60g coconut, shredded

  • 50g hazelnuts

  • 2tbsp neutral oil (We used seed oil)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 3 tsp cinnamon, ground

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg, ground

  • Pinch of salt

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients in the food processor until well combined.

  2. Take a spoonful of the mixture and roll it into balls.

  3. Coat the balls with desiccated coconut.

  4. Place in the fridge.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
