200g hazelnut butter
200g white wheat flour
100g maple syrup
60g natural oil
45g coconut sugar
2 eggs (use flax eggs if vegan)
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of Himalayan salt
Dark chocolate chips
In a bowl, mix all wet ingredients until smooth. Add in the dry ingredients, except the chocolate chips, and mix until all ingredients are combined.
Fold in 3/4 of the chocolate chips.
Add to a baking pan lined with baking paper and spread the mixture evenly using a spatula.
Top with the remaining chocolate chips.
Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes at 170 degrees celsius.
Once the blondies are ready, leave to cool for another 10 minutes. Then, let cool on the cooling rack for some more minutes and slice into pieces.
