Choc Salt Caramel Baked Oats

MAKE 2 Portions


Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup rolled oats

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • Pinch himalayan salt

  • Moo Free Vegan Caramel Mini Bar, chopped into large 2cm pieces


Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients, except the chocolate pieces, in a food processor until smooth.

  2. Preheat oven at 180 Degrees Celsius

  3. Pour the mixture into a ceramic or oven-proof bowl.

  4. Top with chocolate.

  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes.

  6. Serve warm.
