MAKE 2 Portions

Ingredients:
2/3 cup rolled oats
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup almond milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch himalayan salt
Moo Free Vegan Caramel Mini Bar, chopped into large 2cm pieces
Method:
Blend all ingredients, except the chocolate pieces, in a food processor until smooth.
Preheat oven at 180 Degrees Celsius
Pour the mixture into a ceramic or oven-proof bowl.
Top with chocolate.
Bake for 15-18 minutes.
Serve warm.
