Choc Salted Caramel Donuts



Dry ingredients:

  • 270g wholemeal flour

  • 40g coconut sugar

  • 15g vegan salted caramel protein powder

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • pinch of salt

Wet ingredients:

  • 300ml almond milk

  • 35ml maple syrup

  • 4 tbsp natural oil

  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence



  1. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients together.

  2. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

  3. Pour the mixture into the donut tray.

  4. Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 10 minutes.

  5. Once ready, let the donuts cool. In the meantime, prepare the toppings (melt the dark chocolate in the microwave and break the cookies into pieces and crumbs).

  6. Dip the donuts upside-down in the melted dark chocolate and top with the cookies.

  7. Set aside for 15 mins and serve.
