
MAKES 2 Portions
Ingredients:
70g rolled oats
3 cups of your preferred milk (we used almond milk)
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon raw cacao
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon Healthy Malta 100% Cashew Butter
1/2 Sliced Banana
Pinch of salt
Method:
Put 70g of rolled oats into a cold saucepan, pour 2 cups of milk and sprinkle a pinch of salt.
On low heat, simmer for around 5 minutes until you see a thick mixture. (TIP: If you see the mixture bubbling, remove the saucepan from the heat until it stops)
Add the maple syrup, raw cacao and the remaining cup of milk.
Continue to simmer for about 2 mins.
Pour the mixture in two plates, add the nut butter, banana, Tribe nature bombs and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
