Chocolatey Porridge Bowl

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Put 70g of rolled oats into a cold saucepan, pour 2 cups of milk and sprinkle a pinch of salt.

  2. On low heat, simmer for around 5 minutes until you see a thick mixture. (TIP: If you see the mixture bubbling, remove the saucepan from the heat until it stops)

  3. Add the maple syrup, raw cacao and the remaining cup of milk.

  4. Continue to simmer for about 2 mins.

  5. Pour the mixture in two plates, add the nut butter, banana, Tribe nature bombs and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
