Cookie Dough Balls


Preparation Time: 2 hrs


  • 220g oat flour

  • 250g 3-nut butter*

  • 4 tbsp maple syrup

  • 3 tbsp dark chocolate chips

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 tsp vanilla essence

  • 100g melted dark chocolate

  • Pinch of salt


  1. Blend oats into fine flour in a food processor. Then, add salt and blend again.

  2. Add the 3-nut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla essence. Mix until all ingredients are combined.

  3. Put the mixture into a large bowl and mix in the dark chocolate chips.

  4. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls.

  5. Refrigerate in the fridge for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, bain-marie the dark chocolate.

  6. Dip each ball into the melted dark chocolate. Put on a lined baking tray and refrigerate for at least another 1 hr.

*Blend 1 cup roasted almonds, 1 cup roasted cashew nuts, 1 cup peanuts in a food processor until smooth. The recipe will be uploaded next week.
