MAKE 1 Jar
330g cashew nuts, roasted
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp vanilla essence
Pinch himalayan salt
Tip: Put your glass jar in the oven for a few minutes to sterilize while roasting the nuts.
In a food processor, blend the cashew nuts, until smooth*.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend again until combined.
Pour into a sterilised jar.
*The nuts will blend into crumbs, then the oils will start to release. Here, a dough-like ball is going to form until it starts to become creamy. Keep blending until smooth.
