Good Eggs Baked Oats

  • Vegan White Choc Buttons

  • Vegan Good Eggs

Method:

  1. Mix the oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, milk, and banana in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a ceramic or oven-proof bowl.

  3. Bake for 16-18 minutes at 170 degrees celsius. In the meantime, melt the white choc buttons in a microwave.

  4. Once the baked oats are ready, top with melted white choc buttons and vegan good eggs.

  5. Enjoy!
