
MAKE 1 Portion
Ingredients:
50g Oat flour
100ml Vanilla-Almond milk
2g Baking powder
1/3 ripe banana, mashed
Toppings:
Vegan White Choc Buttons
Vegan Good Eggs
Method:
Mix the oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, milk, and banana in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a ceramic or oven-proof bowl.
Bake for 16-18 minutes at 170 degrees celsius. In the meantime, melt the white choc buttons in a microwave.
Once the baked oats are ready, top with melted white choc buttons and vegan good eggs.
