Healthy Vegan Snickers Bites

Total Cooking Time: 1 hr


  • 12 Medjool dates, pitted

  • 90g peanuts, roasted

  • 80g natural smooth peanut butter (check our recipe)

  • 3 tbsp oats

  • 4 tsp cacao powder


  1. Place the Medjool dates in a food processor, and pulse until a ball is formed.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients (peanuts, smooth peanut butter, oats and cacao powder), and pulse until ingredients are combined

  3. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls

  4. Store in a container.
