Honey-Peanut Glazed Donuts



Dry ingredients:

  • 270g wholemeal flour

  • 60g coconut sugar

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • pinch of salt

  • pinch of nutmeg

Wet ingredients:

  • 300ml almond milk

  • 4 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • 4 tbsp natural oil

  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Honey-Peanut Glaze:


  1. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients together.

  2. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until all ingredients are combined.

  3. Pour the donut mixture into the donut tray.

  4. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

  5. Once ready, let the donuts cool. In the meantime, prepare the glaze.

  6. With a teaspoon, spread the honey-peanut glaze onto each donut.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
