Preparation time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
2 cups oats, rolled
2 cups coconut, desiccated
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 and 3/4 cup Healthy Malta Peanut Butter
1 cup maple syrup
Optional:
200g vegan dark chocolate.
2 tbsp coconut oil
Pinch of salt
Method:
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients (rolled oats, desiccated coconut and coconut flour).
In another bowl, mix the peanut butter and maple syrup.
Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
Put the mixture in a small dish and distribute evenly.
Optional: In a microwave, melt the chocolate and the coconut oil and add this mixture on top of the peanut butter oat mixture.
Put in the fridge for at least an hour until set.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
