Peanut Butter Oat Bars


Preparation time: 20 minutes



  • 200g vegan dark chocolate.

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • Pinch of salt


  • In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients (rolled oats, desiccated coconut and coconut flour).

  • In another bowl, mix the peanut butter and maple syrup.

  • Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.

  • Put the mixture in a small dish and distribute evenly.

  • Optional: In a microwave, melt the chocolate and the coconut oil and add this mixture on top of the peanut butter oat mixture.

  • Put in the fridge for at least an hour until set.

  • Cut into squares and enjoy!
