Protein Strawberry Pancakes


Total Cooking Time: 15 minutes


  • 3 eggs

  • 1/3 cup light yoghurt (We used Benna)*

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1/4 cup wholemeal flour

  • 1/4 cup self-raising flour

  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder**

  • 2 strawberries


  • In a bowl, start by giving the eggs a good whisk and add in the yoghurt and 1 tbsp honey

  • Sift the wholemeal and self-raising flour into the mixture.

  • Add the protein powder and give the mixture a good stir until all the batter is consistent without lumps.

  • Preheat the pan on medium heat.

  • Spray with cooking spray or use a teaspoon of normal oil (We used Isio 4).

  • Pour the batter using a small ladle.***

  • When bubbles on the pancake appear, carefully flip the pancake.

  • Cut the strawberries and place on top of the stack of pancakes.

  • Drizzle the remaining honey over the pancakes.

*You can also use Greek Yoghurt

**Do not use vegan protein powder

***Pour less batter and slowly to go for a thicker smaller pancake. It will be easier to flip.
