White Choc Strawberry Pop-Tarts




  • 300g Doves Farm Organic Plain Flour

  • 100ml Sunflower Oil

  • Pinch Himalayan Salt

  • Water

Strawberry-Chia Seed Jam:

  • 300g Fresh Strawberries

  • 3 tbsp Good Earth Chia Seeds

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup


  • White Chocolate, melted

  • 100s and 1000s


  1. Add the flour and the Himalayan salt and mix.

  2. Pour the oil into the mixture and mix to form a crumbly mixture.

  3. Add the water needed to bring to a dough with your hands.

  4. Wrap the dough tightly and place in the fridge for 30minutes - 1hour.

  5. Put some flour on the surface and start rolling out the dough. Cut the dough into squares or rectangles, as preferred.

  6. Brush the edges with plant-based milk (we used Alpro Almond milk), and spoon some jam in the middle. Then, place the other half of the pastry and use a fork or a toothpick to seal.

  7. Brush the top of each pop-tart with an egg or milk. Then, create around 6 holes in each with a toothpick.

  8. Bake for 20-24 minutes at 170 degrees celsius.

  9. Once ready, allow to cool on the tray for 5 minutes and on the rack until cooled fully.

  10. Top with melted white chocolate and 100s and 1000s.

  11. Enjoy!
