Housed in a converted 800m2 warehouse, ‘Gymnasia’ is branded as “the most innovative Fitness centre in the South of Malta”. The gym is situated in the heart of Malta’s commercial district, offering a large open space area retaining an industrial design concept. The premises is equipped with the latest technologies in cardiovascular and resistance training machines, free weights and functional training equipment, housing well known brands such as the Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, Stair Master and Panatta.

‘Gymnasia’ is distinguished from all other gyms in Malta for its Indoor Climbing Wall which maintains its position as the largest on the island! This outstanding 50m2 wall attracts numerous clients varying from professional climbers clubs to children’s parties.

The gym also provides a variety of group classes such as Kick Aerobics, Spinning, Yoga and Circuit training. We are also proud to host training sessions for a top-ranking professional local football team, Hiberians FC as well as kick-Boxing for all ages. Additional services include our very own Juice Bar, on site Nutritional services and Personal training.
