NOVI, Eatery & Lounge was founded by a New Yorker who wanted to present what he thought was a proper burger. It wasn't long before Times of Malta discovered NOVI Bar and ran an article about the burgers saying: "We found ourselves referring to what we were eating in terms of our all-time favorites and that alone is quite the accolade!"
Novi Bar is a new restaurant concept mainly focused on a homemade express food, large varieties of imported beers, signature cocktails and good music. Select wines can also be found here. We strive to provide you with a tasty and healthy alternative to fast food using only fresh, locally sourced ingredients and organic where possible. We serve everything from the old school classics to a new organic, vegan and vegetarian dishes with our own little twist. And don’t forget to leave room for delicious, home-made desserts, smoothies, fresh juices and speciality coffees.
